Hotels Reservation Procedure

1.Give us the details,the hotel name that you wish to book or stay,room types,number of rooms requried, date of arrival and departure also the number of people adults,Child and for Any special requested.

2.If you would like to make a reservation via email please specify the details the same as no.1

3.We will contact you as soon as possible within 1 hour the same time with invoice for full

pre payment.

4.To Make a room reservation please pay total balance the same as indicate in the invoice.If you not pay with the mentinoned date that indicate in the invoice the room reservation will be automatically cancelled

5.Each hotels indicate the  different payment day please feel free to ask our reservtion staff for your payment process.

6.When you have made a payment please fax pay in slip to our fax no. +66 (0) 2865 2866 to confirm your booking or by email at Patcharee@ultimatetravelasiagolf.com , Petcharat@ultimatetravelasiagolf.com

7.When we have received you pay in slip.The voucher will be issued and send to you by fax or email and you bring this voucher to show at the reception dest upon check in date.

8.We guarantee that to make a room reservation  with us can save up you cost more than 70%
